We have partnered with a company who are implementing SAP S/4HANA to multiple geographies globally. There is a few years left on the programme and they are seeking a Change Lead that has experience in conducting business impact assessments and role mapping & design.
You will be liaising with the relevant stakeholders, including the Security & Authorisation teams, to make sure that the roles within the organisation match the SAP process or vice versa.
This is an INSIDE IR35 role for 12-months initially. As it is a long term programme, extensions are very likely. Travel a few times a month in SW England will be required.
Key skills:
- Extensive SAP Change Management experience, particularly relating to role mapping and design.
- Business impact assessment experience on large scale SAP programmes.
- Organisational Design experience in major SAP programmes ideal.
- Experience liaising with key stakeholders (particularly Security & Authorisation teams) as a Change Manager, especially with role design and mapping.
- Experience on S/4HANA transformation programmes a bonus.
