The Firm\’s Tax department is one of the largest outside the Big Four in Scotland, with a broad range of clients and an unwavering focus on helping their clients and people succeed.
The Role
The role offers clear opportunities for advancement and the level of technical work and collaboration across the firm will provide a varied and challenging development path.
The main duties of the role as Personal Tax Director include:
- Working with tax partners to build an exceptional personal tax team as part of the firm\’s strategic growth plan
- Lead the delivery of complex personal tax advisory services as a member of a multi-disciplinary advisory group
- Proactive identification and engagement in opportunities to deliver value
- Coaching and developing others
- Active member of the firm\’s Strategic Leadership Group
