AlsManager Treasury (m/w/d) in unserem Team am StandortAugsburg, Frankfurt am Main oder Luxemburg spielst Du dabei eine entscheidende Rolle.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du verwaltest selbstständig die Bankkonten von Konzern- und Investmentfondgesellschaften mit besonderem Augenmerk auf den Kontoeröffnungsprozess (inkl. KYC und Due Dilligence Prozessen) und die Implementierung des elektronischen Zahlungsverkehrs
- Als Ansprechpartner für nationale und internationale Banken pflegst du die Geschäftsbeziehungen
- Du erfasst Darlehensverträge in SAP
- Du setzt die Anforderungen nach EMIR im operativen Geschäft in Abstimmung mit dem Cash Collateral Manager um
- Der Handel von Derivaten (Devisentermingeschäfte, Zinsswaps) und deren Erfassung in den Systemen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben
- Du arbeitest aktiv bei Dokumentations- und Prozessoptimierungen mit
- Auch ein Teil Deiner Aufgaben ist die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Bankterminen, sowie die Erstellung von Präsentationen und Finanzkennzahlen
Was du mitbringst:
- Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Bankausbildung (oder vergleichbar) ggf. mit Bankakademie, VWA bringst Du mit
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Du besitzt Kenntnisse in der Immobilienbranche und den Fondsstrukturen
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit
- Eine strukturierte und analytische Denk- und Handlungsweise, sowie ein gutes Zahlenverständnis zeichnen Dich aus
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und genau, ohne dabei Deadlines aus den Augen zu verlieren
- Verhandlungsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit, sowie eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und Teamfähigkeit bringst Du mit
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Word, Excel und PowerPoint zudem sind SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Dank Deiner Kommunikationsstärke in deutscher und englischer Sprache arbeitest Du gerne auch mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen
