Role

This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on a dynamic training project, developing engaging learning solutions for a fast-growing industry leader. You’ll take the lead in transforming blended learning content—both online modules and classroom materials—into polished, user-friendly experiences. Using authoring tools like Articulate Storyline and Rise, along with PowerPoint for face-to-face delivery, you’ll create impactful training that meets industry regulations. This position is ideal for a self-starter who can work independently, bringing expertise in construction, engineering, or other built environments to deliver accurate and engaging content. With a mix of remote work and occasional office visits, you’ll collaborate closely with the internal team while enjoying the flexibility to manage your workload.

Skillset required

  • E-learning Development Expertise: Proven experience in creating blended learning content, including online modules (e.g. Articulate Storyline and Rise) and classroom materials (via PowerPoint).
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with construction, engineering, or other built environments, with a preference for experience in regulated training (e.g., health and safety, apprenticeships, or qualifications).
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to independently develop learning content using your own equipment and deliver polished solutions without requiring micro-management.
  • Project Management: Skilled in managing end-to-end development, from storyboarding to final delivery, ensuring content meets regulatory standards and business needs.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Capable of working remotely while maintaining clear communication with the team, including attending monthly in-person meetings when required.
