Are you an experienced maintenance professional passionate about ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic environment? BEUMER Group, working at Heathrow Airport β one of the worldβs busiest and most iconic airports β is seeking a dedicated and proactive Technical Assurance Manager to oversee maintenance of airport baggage systems and onsite team management, ensuring safety, reliability, and efficiency standards are met.

Key Requirements:
- Manage the BUK CST/Technical Team within the T4 SP contract, ensuring all technical deliverables meet timelines and expectations of BEUMER UK, VI, and HAL.
- Ensure full compliance with and continuous improvement of the CMO change control process (ATP, CRQ).
- Act as the Responsible Technical Authority for the Change Control Board, overseeing LLC configuration change management.
- Manage site support and delivery for High-Level Controls, IT, and Infrastructure.
- Identify and address skills and training requirements for the BUK Technical / CST Team.
- Ensure all team Personal Development Documents (PDDs) are updated, relevant, and aligned with the skills and competencies matrix.
- Oversee production of HLC and LLC obsolescence management reports.
- Support reporting functions for technical service delivery in line with contractual obligations.
- Participate in Health and Safety and Quality Assurance procedures.
- Manage project delivery, handover processes, and site event support.
- Provide technical information and sales support as needed.
- Maintain current and accurate technical documentation.
- Identify and document technical risks.
- Manage escalation procedures, incident resolution, Root Cause Analysis, and post-incident reviews for technical and controls issues.
- Support BUK quotations and proposals with technical insights.
Qualifications:
- HND β Higher National Diploma
- Engineering Degree
