A nationally renowned law firm is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Partner to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the highest level within a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked practice while enjoying the support, infrastructure and flexibility that comes with being part of a national legal group.
With a pipeline of high-value property and finance deputyship matters already in place—including over 1,300 deputyships and 2,000 clients nationwide—you’ll step straight into meaningful, career-defining work. There’s no expectation to bring work with you; instead, the focus is on leadership, team development, and continuing to deliver the excellent standard the firm is known for.
Who we’re looking for
- Experienced Court of Protection solicitor already operating at Partner level or ready to step up
- Proven ability to manage complex deputyship caseloads independently
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing teams
- Commercial awareness and ability to drive the department’s growth and vision
- Passion for vulnerable client work and delivering outstanding client care
Salary & benefits
- Salary from £75,000–£100,000+ depending on experience
