Job Description
We’re looking for a passionate General Manager to lead the team at our exciting new location next to Reading Station. The opening is set for mid-April, with the role starting in early March for training.
If you thrive delivering exceptional customer experiences, love great coffee, wine, cocktails, and craft beer, and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you!
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the shop runs smoothly, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and driving profitability. Your leadership will inspire the team to create a welcoming environment, maintain high standards of quality, and build strong relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role within the hospitality or food & beverage industry
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- A passion for coffee and delivering exceptional customer service
Training will be delivered on site in one of our London branches throughout March – travel costs will be paid.
