Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Domestic Appliance Engineer to work in Partnership with Pacifica. This role is exclusively focused on servicing a high-end brand, ensuring high-quality repairs and maintenance on a self-employed basis. You will play a crucial role in upholding the exceptional standards of service our clients expect.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in repairing and maintaining domestic appliances in a field-based capacity, with up-to-date working knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, cookers, and refrigeration (upskilling in refrigeration system repairs can be provided if required).
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Commitment to maintaining Pacifica’s high standards of service and professionalism.
Full valid Driving Licence and own van.
