Job Description:
You will be responsible for leading and coaching teams and assisting the partner with the development of the disputes practice. This is a client-facing role offering the opportunity to work on a variety of complex and interesting projects including:
- Damages
- Valuation
- Projects relating to mediation and arbitration
- Competition disputes, intellectual property and brand integrity disputes, insurance claims
- Sale and purchase agreements
- Transaction related disputes
This team mainly focuses on high-profile cases and you will have direct contact with the Partner and clients throughout these mandates. The client is happy to allow for dual signatories on reports and arbitrations. They are also happy to support applicants that wish to develop a sector specialism.
