Role: Brand Marketing Manager
Location: Brighton (Hybrid)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Pay: 40,000 – 50,000 per annum

The Requirements:
- 5+ years in marketing
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with Trello (useful but not essential)
- Understanding of Google Analytics
- Data–driven with a growth mindset
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
- Strategic, creative, and critical thinker
- Experience managing multiple complex projects in a fast–paced environment
- Background in a global organisation (retail experience a plus)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management
The Role:
- Lead the planning and execution of global multichannel campaigns, from concept development to final creative delivery.
- Develop and implement effective media plans, collaborating with senior leadership on strategic direction.
- Analyse consumer and market trends, conducting research to inform strategic decisions and campaign briefs.
- Evaluate campaign performance, extracting key insights to share across the organisation for continuous improvement.
- Act as the central link between departments, working closely with teams including the in–house creative agency, international markets, PR, social media, supply chain, digital, and retail experience.
- Partner with channel owners to launch campaigns and explore innovative ways to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain brand consistency and identity across all communication channels.
- Ensure messaging remains aligned and cohesive across all platforms.
- Coordinate with external agency partners, managing relationships and ensuring seamless execution.
