We are looking for an End User Device Analyst to work within the public sector.
Location: Onsite – Southampton
About the role: You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of the service provided is of a high standard, delivering an excellent customer experience and meeting agreed SLAs.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will hold Active SC clearance and have an extensive background in end user device analysis, with the following skills/experience:
- Experience working in ICT operational delivery
