Your new role
You will manage improvement projects related to the finance activities, continuously enhancing financial processes. You will oversee financial projects from planning to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and benefits realisation. Your key responsibilities include leading medium to high-scale projects, managing multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and contractors. You will develop project plans, monitor performance, and manage finances through accurate forecasting. Additionally, you will analyse complex data, provide recommendations, and ensure compliance with company policies. Your hands-on approach and problem-solving skills will be crucial in delivering projects on time and to the required quality and cost standards.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will likely have 4+ years of post-qualified experience (ACA, ACCA, CIMA). You should have proven experience of managing financial projects and a comprehensive understanding of finance departments in large organisations.
