In a nutshell

Your role will support the eCommerce Team in delivering best in class campaigns, day-to-day routine tasks and will play a vital role in driving successful activations for our clients.

This position is ideal for marketing graduates or individuals with an interest in eCommerce, FMCG industry, retail media and marketing.

What you need to do

  • Best in class end-to-end media campaign management of supplier funded media activations on Sainsburys.co.uk, Sainsbury’s App and On-Demand channels. Ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and to plan.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal Nectar360 and Sainsbury’s team to form collaborative working relationships.
  • Be the central point of contact for delivery queries and troubleshooting of media for both Client Services and Sainsbury’s eCommerce.
  • Be the central point of contact for our shared team email inbox.
  • Prepare weekly and ad hoc financial and web analytic reports using Adobe Analytics, Sainsbury’s Insight Platform and other tools as required.
  • Update the supplier activation packs and web pages with relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Support the Food eCommerce team in developing proposals for clients.
  • Support our financial admin by keeping processes up to date with 100% billing accuracy in a timely manner.
  • Collate relevant market, industry, and client information to communicate to the wider team.

What you need to know

  • Very organised, efficient. Able to manage multiple workstreams in a demanding environment, the ability to cope under pressure.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing situations.
  • Takes responsibility for own actions, ensuring that they keep up to date with all communications, processes, and procedures.
  • Attention to detail & proficient in the use of Excel.
  • Effective communicator, ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a Marketing or Digital department.
  • Experience of working with commercial teams and/or suppliers.
  • Understanding of media plans and/or analytics.
