The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role is focused on bringing on new business and is ideal for someone with prior experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Account Executive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
As an Account Executive at 32Co, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and ensuring customer success. This is a fast-paced, high-energy environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
What you will do
- Identify, engage, and qualify prospective customers through outbound and inbound sales strategies.
- Drive new business acquisition by actively seeking out and closing new clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers to drive long-term value.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimise the sales process and improve customer experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to effectively position 32Co’s solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an SDR, Account Executive, or in a similar sales role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- A growth mindset – you have a passion for sales and are constantly looking to improve.
- Coachable – you want to learn and are willing to receive feedback.
- Strong communication, negotiation, objection handling and relationship-building skills.
- Proven track record of winning new business and exceeding sales targets.
- A self-motivated and ambitious mindset with a drive to succeed.
- A team player with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- To be based in the UK and able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
