UX UI Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX UI Designer to take on an exciting 3 month+ contract for a Professional Services brand who are building a new website. You will need extensive experience with regard to design for marketing websites (as opposed to product design), and be experienced with Figma.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
2. Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
3. Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets.
4. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function.
5. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables).
6. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
7. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness).
8. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colours, and images.

Skills & Experience

1. UX UI Designer.
2. Figma.
3. Ability to design marketing websites.
4. Portfolio of work for modern corporate websites, particularly digital businesses.
5. BSc/ BA in Design, or related field.

Other points to note

1. Initial 3 months with likely extension.
2. Remote.
3. Daily Rate TBC.
