Are you passionate about supporting people in your community and making a positive impact on their lives? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Lifeline team, helping residents live independently and with confidence in their own homes.
As Lifeline Services Manager, you’ll be part of a small team delivering our Lifeline service, an important link between our customers and the support network they rely on. Your role will involve:
- installing, giving demonstrations and maintaining Lifeline units in customers’ homes
- providing reassurance and assistance to vulnerable residents
- promoting our service and working with partners to enhance our Lifeline and Digital Service
For this role, you will need:
- excellent interpersonal skills: you’ll be supporting people at key moments in their lives
- a customer-focused approach: ensuring every resident feels valued and supported
- a proactive mindset: helping to develop and promote the Lifeline service
The successful candidate will:
- be self-motivated, able to work independently and take a positive approach to resolving problems
- possess good organisation and IT skills
- have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience of promoting services to users and other agencies would be an advantage.

This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week. The working days for this post are Monday to Friday.
A full current UK driving licence will be a requirement of the role and the successful candidate will need access to a suitable vehicle as an essential car user allowance is included within the package (currently under review).
Satisfactory clearance of a Basic Disclosure and Barring Check (DBS) is a condition of employment.
Interviews will take place at the Town Hall.
