What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and brokers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and brokers.
• Communicate effectively throughout the lending process.
• Keep client records updated and ensure compliance.
• Assist with research, market insights, and lender comparisons.

What experience you will bring:

• A graduate (minimum 2:1 within the last 5 years) or someone with at least 1 year of work experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle

What you will get in return:

• Salary – £25,000 (OTE Year 1: £30k)
• Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5:30, No hybrid working.
• Fully Funded CeMAP Qualification
• Holidays- 22 days + bank holidays (increasing with length of service)
