Are you an experienced and driven Site Manager with a passion for delivering high-quality, bespoke building projects? Our client is a small, family-run bespoke building company in Suffolk, looking for a Site Manager to join their team and oversee the successful delivery of a range of unique and exciting construction projects within the residential space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
- Lead and coordinate all site activities, including supervising subcontractors, trades, and labor teams.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports, timesheets, and quality checks.
- Liaise directly with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges on-site, ensuring smooth project progression.
