Product Lead – Fan Growth, London
Live shows make us feel good. They’re a time to hang with our friends, discover new artists or lose ourselves on a dance floor. We\’re on a mission to bring all of this to more fans, more often – and that’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a Lead Product Manager to help fans discover shows, connect with communities, and engage with artists.

About the role
As Lead Product Manager, you’ll be at the heart of building the next generation of fan engagement. Our Fan Growth squad:
- Make it easier for fans to discover shows they’ll love.
- Help them connect with fellow fans, creating vibrant communities around their favourite artists.
- Enable them to follow & engage with venues and artists, fostering deeper relationships.
DICE has always been a product of firsts, and in this role you will continue to innovate, making the discovery and recommendation experience effortless and delightful.
You will
- Work with design, data and engineering from concept to launch, delivering best-in-class experiences.
- Understand discovery & recommendation experiences to innovate and define new patterns that are delightful and unexpected.
- Conduct your own user research with fans, partners and internal teams to gain a deep understanding of how DICE can serve them best.
- Collaborate with your product trio to facilitate ideation and design new offerings that stay true to our principle of being “weirdly easy”.
- Co-lead your squad alongside the design and engineering managers, influence product strategy, development processes and rituals.
- Play a key role in communicating product decisions and product vision across DICE.
About you
- You love music and are passionate about our mission to bring more people together through live shows.
- You bring experience creating consumer experiences, with a deep understanding of the nuances and strategies that drive engagement and retention.
- You are exceptional at your product craft, and working constantly to level up. A willingness to interpret data, speak to real fans and place bold bets is a must.
- You are proficient with data analysis, using it to inform your decision-making, drive experimentation and understand user behaviour.
- You have a bias for action, high agency and can drive urgency with your squad.
- You are an effective communicator, using both words and visuals to tell compelling stories, and defend design decisions.
- You are experienced in designing best-in-class consumer products for marketplaces and mobile.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where your team is held accountable to highly ambitious goals.
