- Experience managing teams , including performance and transformation
- Deep understanding of OSCEs and international exam delivery
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the operational delivery of OSCE and theory exams
- Lead and develop a high-performing exams team
- Drive continuous improvement in exam operations
- Ensure quality, compliance, and risk management
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Travel internationally when required
