A great opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing team on a Digital Transformation programme within the Professional Services industry. The key focus of the role is to deliver multiple projects and continually improve the project delivery processes and take ownership of the requirements and relevant data and UAT testing.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Business Analyst with a background in delivering IT modernisation projects. It is an essential requirement to have commercial experience in Financial services, Law, Insurance, or similar industry.
The company offers home working 2 days per week with offices in Hampshire; commutable from Southampton, Portsmouth, Basingstoke, and Bournemouth.
Core responsibilities:
- Work closely with internal IT teams and non-technical stakeholders to deliver a range of digital implementation and upgrade projects.
- Proactively manage ongoing communication of project delivery with key senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with 3rd party suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- 5 years+ commercial experience as an IT Business Analyst.
- Full project life cycle delivery of Digital/IT projects – ideally Microsoft based.
- Commercial experience within the professional services industry (Finance, Law etc).
- Able to demonstrate delivering to set processes following relevant governance and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills; able to adapt to fast changing customer needs.
