Do you have a passion for planning and delivering unique experiences?

We are looking for a meticulous and organised Events Executive to secure and manage all commercial venue hire across Whitechapel Gallery’s unique Grade II* listed artistic venue.

You’ll be a target driven and client focused individual with a collaborative approach to the planning and delivery of events ensuring the highest standards possible. With experience in selling, organising and delivering events in a similar sector, field or venue you’ll thrive in a creative environment with aspirations for commercial growth.

Conditions of work:

  1. Contract: Permanent
  2. Hours of work: full-time (36.25 hours), Monday to Friday, 09:30am to 05:45pm (with an hour for lunch). Hybrid working available based on the requirements of the role.
  3. Salary: £28,000 per annum
  4. The period of notice is 2 months in writing on either side.
  5. Due to the nature of the job, some evening and weekend work will be required, as well as occasional travel. This will be compensated by time off in lieu.

Interviews will be on Thursday, 13 March 2025.
