Join us as we build the future of print.
About the Role:
As Product Manager, Print Innovation, you will identify, develop, and launch new physical products, services, and specialty options to strengthen Mixam’s offerings. You’ll drive product innovation, leading the go-to-market process from ideation through post-launch, ensuring new releases align with customer needs, business objectives, and market leadership. Beyond launch, you’ll be responsible for tracking performance, gathering insights, and iterating to maximize market success and long-term growth.
This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and deep industry knowledge to evaluate market demand, optimize our product portfolio, and expand Mixam’s capabilities. You’ll collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, development, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to bring high-value products and services to market.
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
- Develop and execute a roadmap for new products, categories, and services that strengthen Mixam’s offerings.
- Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market assessments to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Evaluate and enhance the competitiveness of product offerings, considering pricing, specifications, add-ons, and how products are presented on the website.
Go-to-Market & Product Launch:
- Own the end-to-end launch process, from concept validation to post-launch optimization.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support to develop positioning, marketing campaign strategy and assets.
- Track product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to refine and optimize offerings.
Cross Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with supply chain, operations, and external print partners to assess feasibility, cost, and production timelines. Ensure product availability, pricing alignment, and quality standards to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Partner with Development and Marketing to ensure all necessary assets—website content, product pages, and launch materials—are prepared, and internal teams are fully briefed to support a successful go-to-market strategy.
Data Driven Decision Making & Analytical Prowess:
- Leverage data insights to prioritize initiatives, solve problems, and drive informed product decisions.
- Define and track key success metrics (e.g., conversion rate, sales, refunds, profitability, customer feedback) to measure performance and optimize outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, category management, buying, or related field in e-commerce or a product-driven business.
- Experience working with global teams, manufacturing partners, and product development workflows.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools, A/B testing, and performance tracking to assess new product success.
- Exceptional analytical skills, using a data-first approach to drive prioritization and decision-making.
- A proactive and adaptable problem solver with a drive to continuously improve and optimize products.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and contribute as a collaborative team player.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive product launches from concept to execution.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience using Asana, Jira, or similar tools to track deliverables and timelines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in print-on-demand, e-commerce in a B2C environment.
- Strong understanding of print production processes, specialty printing techniques, and supplier relationships.
- Familiarity with pricing models for high-volume and on-demand printing.
- Understanding of print processes and production workflows.
