Communicate effectively with supported people , families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on care and progress.

Support with administration of medication

Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with supported people and team members.

6 months previous care experience gained in the UK

Familiarity with IT systems for record keeping and communication is an advantage.

Ability to understand and implement individual care plans tailored to each supported persons needs.

A valid driving licence is required along with use of your own vehicle

A compassionate attitude towards caring for others and a commitment to enhancing their quality of life.
