Talent Acquisition Partner is hiring for a Talent Acquisition Partner based in Cheshire. This role is on a permanent basis and is a hybrid role – 2 days in the office and 3 days at home with flexibility around business needs.

The Role:
This role is for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner who is ambitious and ready to make an impact. You will be results-oriented and driven to succeed. You will be part of the Recruitment HR team managing a variety of roles and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role reports to the head of HR.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of the recruitment life cycle.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
