Working across organisational boundaries you will be responsible for maintaining consistency of existing processes and practices within Student Support Hubs (Hubs) across three University Faculties. You will also be responsible for the implementation of continuous improvement within the hubs and the digital and electronic initiatives delivered collectively, to improve student experience through development of the ‘digital hub’.
You will be the business owner of hub deliverables during development and transition to Business as usual (BAU) and lead on ensuring consistency in established processes and practices and ensuring the integrity of each product remains uncompromised once fully embedded into BAU.
