Are you a proactive and experienced recruitment professional looking for a fixed-term contract ? We are seeking someone with a background of Talent Acquisition / HR Business Partner / Internal Recruiter to join our team for six months . This role offers a hybrid working structure , with three days in the office and two days remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and implement effective hiring strategies.
- Developing talent pipelines and engaging with potential candidates.
- Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best talent acquisition.
- Supporting HR functions, including compliance, employee relations, and onboarding processes.
What We\’re Looking For
- Proven 1 year + experience in internal recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR business partnering.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies, compliance, and HR best practices.
