Job Description
Process Improvement Consultant with excellent skills in DMAIC, transformational process change, and end-to-end process redesign required on a permanent basis by a leading Financial Services company.
This is a greenfield opportunity – you will join a newly established, high calibre Process Improvement team, driving major cultural change across the business. You will be responsible for embedding a continuous improvement culture, delivering end-to-end process improvement projects, and coaching operational excellence across the organisation.
To be considered for this opportunity applicants must have the following experience:
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / LCS Level 2B
- DMAIC, transformational process & process redesign skills
- Strong skills in Business Process Management (BPM) tools
- Ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences
- Exemplary stakeholder management skills
- Financial Services exposure
This is an excellent opportunity for a pragmatic and dynamic individual to join a newly established, high calibre Process Improvement team in a highly visible role, where you will spearhead change.
It must be stressed that applicants must have operated at Lean Six Sigma Black Belt / LCS Level 2B, have exposure within Financial Services, and be comfortable with weekly on-site presence in London.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days / week on site in their London HQ, offering a salary between £70,000 – 80,000 (DOE) + bonus + excellent benefits package.
