Job Description
Unearthed Search are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven Impact Analyst to join the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG) and support sustainable development, climate action, and creating lasting change in underserved regions.
This exciting opportunity allows you to shape the future of infrastructure investments, ensuring they deliver meaningful social, environmental, and economic benefits where they are most needed. By working at the intersection of innovation, finance, and global development, you will play a vital role in assessing and enhancing the development impact of projects across diverse regions.
We seek a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, data analysis proficiency, and expertise in impact assessment and infrastructure. Knowledge of climate change risks and mitigation, exceptional research and communication abilities, and familiarity with developing regions – especially South Asia, Southeast Asia, and Africa – are key.
In this role, you will evaluate prospective investments, ensuring alignment with sustainability goals, and collaborate with teams to analyze and present socio-economic and environmental insights. Your work will strengthen impact measurement systems and maximize positive outcomes.
The ideal candidate has a background in economics, finance, or social sciences, with expertise in private sector development and impact management. Experience in infrastructure investments, climate risk, and inclusive development is a plus.
