We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Planning to lead our planning department.

As the Head of Planning, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the central business output plan, coordinating all production slots – forecast or orders, to ensure steady state output of the business. You will utilize the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SI+OP) process to control and maintain the run rate.

In this role, you will be responsible for master scheduling and production planning, including Value Stream workflows to establish sequence and lead time for each Value Stream to meet shipping dates according to customer orders. You will also perform strategic and tactical supply chain planning to support revenue and customer service level objectives, and work with planners, procurement, and value streams to identify material and capacity constraints and to optimize allocation and bottleneck scheduling to meet project/customer order deadlines.

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive relevant experience in a complex manufacturing environment, be proficient in managing supplier contracts, materials, and resource planning, together with proven team management skills. Your strong organizational and decision-making skills and ability to develop relationships will be invaluable.
