We’re looking for a Finance Business Partner – Business Services to provide high-quality financial insight and advice, ensuring our strategic plans are delivered effectively.

This permanent position sits at the heart of our Finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance while working closely with the Director of Finance, IT and Governance, executive directors, and heads of service. You’ll be the key financial partner for our business services departments, ensuring robust financial planning, budgeting, and reporting. You’ll also manage payroll processes, statutory returns (including VAT), and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • CCAB-qualified accountant with strong financial planning, reporting, and analysis skills
  • Expertise in UK GAAP, FRS102, Housing SORP, and financial compliance in social housing
  • Strong digital skills, including Excel and specialist finance systems
    Experience in Accounts Payable and payroll management
    Ability to drive process efficiencies through automation and technology
  • Proven experience in managing and leading a small team
