We are searching for an IT Operations Engineer who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation, optimisation, and resilience of the organisation’s technical infrastructure. You will collaborate with IT application and service owners to document, operationalise, and enhance critical systems and services.
Responsibilities
- Gather requirements and create detailed technical documentation
- Develop architectural diagrams, recoverability runbooks, and network diagrams to support system operation and resilience
- Drive best practices within Azure, M365, D365, and hybrid environments to enhance efficiencies and reduce operational costs
- Identify and implement process improvements in system configuration, monitoring, and management
Qualifications
- Proven experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure management
- Hands-on experience with Azure, M365, D365, and various SaaS platforms
- Expertise in developing technical documentation, including architectural diagrams and runbooks
