Your future role at QRT:
- Design, build, and support a variety of cloud-based services and solutions.
- Collaborate closely with trading, research, and wider business teams to drive adoption of cloud-based services.
- Implement a cloud-first approach to problem solving.
- Work on critical infrastructure that supports research technology, trading tools, market execution, and data processing across the firm.
Your Present Skillset:
- 2+ years of AWS Cloud experience, including key services (EC2, S3, VPC, etc.).
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, Bash).
- Familiarity with containers and orchestration (e.g. Docker, ECS, Kubernetes).
- Experience using configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible, Terraform).
- Familiarity with Linux & Windows OS.
- Interested and excited to work in infrastructure engineering and platform teams.
- Excellent problem solving and strong business analytics capabilities is essential.
- Strong sense of ownership and commitment to resolving issues.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Cloud and Linux certifications are a plus.
