This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Sous Chef ready to step up or a current Head Chef looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and stylish dining destination.

The Role:

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding culinary experience that reflects the restaurants high standards. You will lead a talented team, ensuring the highest levels of quality, consistency, and innovation while maintaining a strong focus on authentic and contemporary Japanese flavours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and presentation
• Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver excellence
• Maintain impeccable food hygiene and safety standards
• Work closely with senior management to drive the restaurants culinary vision
• Manage kitchen budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships

What Were Looking For:

• A strong background in Japanese cuisine, with expertise in sushi, robata, and traditional techniques
• Experience as a Senior Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or Head Chef looking for a new challenge
• Passion for innovation and attention to detail in plating and flavours
• Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team
• Strong knowledge of kitchen management, costing, and health & safety regulations
