Role overview

Are you passionate about digital innovation and the enduring value of gold and silver? BullionByPost is seeking a dynamic Head of E-Commerce to lead our online strategy and elevate our digital presence across the UK. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing the user experience, managing site performance, and driving conversion through catalogue management and creative design oversight. Key responsibilities include

  • Enhance and optimise the online customer journey to ensure a seamless and intuitive experience across all devices by working closely with our UI/UX Designer and Developers.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and implement strategies to improve conversion rates, enhance engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyse website performance, sales trends, and key metrics including conversion rates, AOV, traffic, to identify growth opportunities.
  • Oversee the performance, functionality, and overall health of all our websites, ensuring it remains fast, secure, and reliable.
  • Maintain and update product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and stock availability to maximise sales and customer trust. Manage the activity and merchandising of the website, ensuring product descriptions, imagery, and information are accurate.
  • Work together with our UI/UX Designer to jointly lead on creative direction and ensure all website design elements align with brand guidelines, improving usability and visual appeal.
  • Work with the product team to plan and execute product launches and ensure new products are well-supported by marketing. Plan and execute seasonal promotions, sales, and marketing campaigns.
  • Work collaboratively across teams, including dev, product, logistics, customer service to ensure smooth operations.
