Product Portfolio Manager Location : This role is based in our office in Market Harborough.
Working Hours: Full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week 09:00 am-17:15 pm Monday to Friday with 45 minute lunch break.
Purpose of the role: You will report to the Head of Productwithin the Product Team.
You will oversee the Product Team projects ensuring they are delivered to agreed timelines, standards, and budget.
This role gives you the opportunity to really make a difference by ensuring our exciting product range is first to market, properly contracted and advertised.
In this role you will: Manage the Product Portfolio to ensure that each Product Manager has clear milestones for delivery of their portfolio.
Manage key stakeholders and build effective relationships to ensure all projects are delivered to deadline, agreed standards and budget.
Act as the lead co-ordinator for the E-Commerce, Marketing and Sales teams to ensure all information provided is accurate and clearly communicated.
Work with the Product Managers to develop a consistent approach to Product development and management processes.
Represent the Product Team in development meetings to ensure any changes/projects impacting Product are flagged, to communicate to the team and plans developed to recognise such.
Work with the Operations Team to ensure that improvements & changes to products are actioned quickly and effectively.
Act as the lead co-ordinator within Product on customer service / complaints.
Ensure that responses meet agreed Service Level Agreement requirements.
Act continuously on customer feedback to maximise the customer experience.
Gathering insight to make recommendations for future improvements.
Manage your own Product Portfolio ensuring effective purchasing, maximising cost savings whilst on customer service standards.
To be successful you will: Have strong organisational and facilitation skills.
Have experience of managing your own product portfolio.
Be able to manage key stakeholders of all levels effectively.
Always put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
Be solution driven, with a “can do” positive attitude.
Be multilingual – Advantageous but not essential.
Italian speaking preferred.
Have a desire to deliver excellence in service and challenge the “norm”.
