We are looking for a Sub Contractor Coordinator who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Sub Contractor Coordinator to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. Our client is one of the largest facilities management and maintenance contractors in the UK, offering market leading opportunities for talented professionals looking for long term career progression. As the Sub Contractor Coordinator, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Sub Contractor Coordinator, will be responsible for: * Identify, liaise, and arrange subcontractor attendance in-line with contractual agreements for both reactive works and pre-planned maintenance works, considering in line with KPI targets * Collate and approve all associated risk assessments, method statements and permit requirements prior to work starting. * Book in relevant sub-contractors to the sites following the customers guidelines * Complete onsite audit of subcontractors to ensure strict compliance to all H&S regulations and adherence to RAMS * Complete inductions and pre-work checks prior to any work commencing, ensure inductions remain up to date and valid * Track sub-contractor contract terms and support in annual re-negotiations considering cost, location, expertise and response targets * Run and analyse data reports to closely manage KPI targets and identify solutions for a more efficient end-to-end process * Accurately record and evidence all job-related information on the appropriate IT systems, ensuring compliance with statutory and/or mandatory requirements * Collaborate with contract managers, schedulers, and helpdesk colleagues to meet business KPIs. * Build and maintain relationships with external clients, suppliers, operations team, and central departments * Continuously review internal processes and make recommendations for improving the efficiency of the Supply Chain function * Ensure clear communication with clients and subcontractors, adhering to security and Health & Safety procedures To be successful for this Sub Contractor Coordinator role you must have: * Experience in a similar role or trade background. * Administration experience. * Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system is preferable. * Excellent communicator both verbal and in writing. * Analytical and organisational skills (customer service skills). * Ability to multi-task and prioritise. * Strong IT skills including Excel. * Ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective working practices.
