Job Description
Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking an Anti-Bribery and Corruption compliance officer for a 12 month FTC/Interim cover. This is a hybrid on-site role and the candidates must be based in or near London.
Qualifications and Skills required:
- Experience in ABC compliance (UKBA and FCPA), reviewing and approving gifts, donations, and grants, conducting training, and other related tasks
- Experience in third party monitoring and gifts and entertainment.
- Practical experience in applying financial crime prevention rules and regulations
- In-house experience in a tech company preferred
- Familiarity with Smartsearch is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within defined processes
- Previous experience in client onboarding or related services is essential
