Heat Pump / Heating Service Engineer

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Heating Engineer within the Heat Pump sector to join a well-established Heat Pump, Solar, and Renewable Energy specialist.
We are looking for a mobile/field-based engineer to cover the following areas: Hereford, Gloucester, and Worcester . Therefore, you’ll need to live in one of those locations.
Job Summary:
- As an ASHP/Renewable Heating Engineer, you’ll be responsible for service, repair, and breakdown work on Air Source Heat Pump systems and Ground Source Heat Pump systems.
- The role may also include working on other heating-related systems, such as solar thermal systems.
- Engaging with homeowners and landowners, generally in larger rural properties, country estates, and within the agricultural sectors.
Key Skills Required:
- Qualified heating engineer – NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds trained.
- Air Source Heat Pump and Ground Source Heat Pump experience is desired; however, candidates from a Domestic Gas Service background or OFTEC background will also be considered.
- BPEC heat pumps or equivalent is desired.
- F-Gas certification is desired.
- Ideally, unvented and water regulations knowledge.
Package on Offer:
- Salary: 35k-42k (depending on experience).
