R&D Engineer – Manufacturing
£35,000 – £45,000 + Training + Flexi Time + Benefits
Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

Do you have R&D and design experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment? Are you looking for a new role offering the chance to make it your own within a leading manufacturing business that prides itself on first-class training and development as well as excellent staff retention?
Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an R&D engineer to join the team, working out of their state-of-the-art facility near Hitchin. The successful applicant will be joining a busy design team where you will become a vital part of the new product ranges being released throughout the year. You will be designing, developing, and improving new and existing products with the multiple teams on site, ensuring that they meet customer, company, and industry standards. This role will give you the chance to put your stamp on things and be creative while using and developing your skills.
