For the successful Stores Maintenance Planner our client is offering:

  • Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
  • Monday to Friday, Days role
  • Permanent position

The Role – Stores Maintenance Planner:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the maintenance stores, ensuring accurate stock levels and availability of critical parts.
  • Maintain and update the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track stock, work orders, and inventory levels.
  • Conduct regular stock audits and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and minimize downtime.
  • Develop and maintain records for parts, tools, and consumables used in maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.

What our client is looking for in a Stores Maintenance Planner:

  • Previous experience in a Maintenance Stores/Planner role – DESIRABLE
  • Engineering or technical qualifications – ESSENTIAL
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) – ESSENTIAL
  • Knowledge of inventory control techniques
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
