Reinstatement Manager – Direct Labour Construction

Location: Portsmouth, Poole, Shoreham

Salary: £43k – £53.8k per annum (Dependent on skills & qualifications)

We are looking for an opportunity for the position of Reinstatement Team Manager, based across the Southern Region.

We deliver safety, warmth, and comfort to homes and businesses across the community. Whether you’re supporting from the office or working on the front line, every role plays a part.

How you’ll support us on our mission to keep people safe and warm by:

  • Ensuring effective and safe management of reinstatement contractors
  • Reporting on compliance to legislation and code of practice
  • Maintaining excellent levels of customer scores and standards of service
  • Attention to detail with responsibility for approving contractor payment applications
  • Carrying out quality audits to ensure high levels of safety at all times

What you’ll need:

  • The job holder should have a NRSWA (New Road and Street Works Act) certification.
  • Full technical knowledge of the reinstatement process and code of practice
  • Good team leadership, the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team
  • A full, clean driving licence and excellent IT skills
  • Performance management knowledge and the ability to travel across the southern region is essential
