I am excited to partner with a leading manufacturing company who are based in Pollington, East Yorkshire. They are now recruiting for an Electrical Shift Engineer to join their team. The successful Electrical Shift Engineer will be working on a Panama shift pattern whilst being responsible for all reactive and preventative electrical maintenance, and installations on site. This is an excellent opportunity for an ex-military engineer with a strong electrical engineering background to join a growing business. Please note, this position involves a Panama shift pattern, consisting of days, nights, and weekend working. In return, you will receive an attractive starting salary and additional shift allowance; interested candidates are encouraged to make an early application.
Electrical Shift Engineer Requirements:
- Must hold a minimum of NVQ Level 3 – electrical bias.
- Have strong mechanical engineering abilities.
- Previous experience working with 3 phase systems.
- Ideally have PLC experience.
- Safety conscious with proficiency in health and safety regulations.
- Self-motivated and can-do attitude.
- Good organization skills.
- IT literate.
