RoleandResponsibilities

• Identifyandmitigateriskswhileensuringcompliancewiththeriskmanagementframework.
• Manageoperationalincidentsbyanalysingrootcausesandimplementingpreventativemeasures.
• Fosteravalues-driven,inclusiveculturethatencouragescollaborationandinnovation.
• Buildstrongrelationshipswithstakeholdersandindustrypeerstosharebestpractices.
• Leadandmanagethemulti-yearGlobalOffshoringplantotransitionresourcestocost-efficientlocations.
• OverseeandreportonthefinancialimpactofoffshoringinitiativesacrossBankandSecurities.
• CoordinatecloselywiththeGlobalEfficiencyOffice,GlobalITDivision,andseniorleadership.
• Createandpresentregularreports,includingquarterlyGELMupdates,tokeystakeholders.
• Organiseforumsandsubmissions,suchastheEMEATechnologyOffshoringForumandOffshoringChampionsWorkingGroup.
• Collaboratewithdepartmentheadstoidentify,support,andtrackcost-savinginitiatives.
• Driveconsolidatedreportingandensurerobustcontrolsforcost-savingvisibilityacrosstargetsandbudgets.
• Prepareanddeliverclear,accuratereportingoncostoptimisationtosenioraudiences.
