Candidates will have experience of high-end restructuring and financial transactions, preferably including knowledge of private capital, private credit, special situations and familiarity with PIKs, Prefs, Warrants, Converts, bespoke financing and new money in stressed /destressed situations. Strong academic credentials and top tier law firm experience are required.
