IT Business Analyst

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business and technical requirements for mobile applications.

• Solution Design: Work with the development team to translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

• Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison between business teams, developers, and QA to ensure alignment on project goals.

• Project Support: Assist in project planning, prioritize tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines.

• Testing & Validation: Support the testing phase by reviewing test cases and ensuring delivered solutions meet requirements.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize app functionality and streamline development processes.
