Commercial Property Solicitor

• Manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.

• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.

• Provide expert advice on landlord and tenant matters.

• Work closely with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth and successful transactions.

Pay: £58,715.00-£62,640.00 per year
