Do you have experience in one of the following disciplines: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Hydraulics? Ideally, you will have an NVQ level 3 (or equivalent) qualification, although this is not essential.
Being comfortable using IT equipment is essential, as we use the latest technology to keep accurate records and place orders. You will need to hold a full UK driving license (Field and Resident Engineers only).

What We Offer
We at Linde Material Handling are looking for Field Service Engineers to join our team in the Colchester area. We are looking for vehicle technicians or mechanical engineers with experience as a forklift technician, plant fitter, plant technician, vehicle technician, or a similar role. Experience with plant equipment, powered access equipment, agricultural machinery, motor vehicles, or industrial cleaners may make this role perfect for you!
In this role, you will engage in various tasks, working with our full range of products, from small pallet trucks to Counterbalance trucks, Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) trucks, and automated trucks. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and rectifying faults, performing preventative maintenance, and servicing Linde forklifts and other material handling equipment at our customer sites.

- The option for either a 40-hour or 45-hour working week – Monday to Friday.
