We are looking for a Demand Marketing Manager to join our Intellectual Property marketing team. Reporting to the Director, Demand Marketing, the Demand Marketing Manager is responsible for the design, development, execution and measurement of integrated lead creation and demand campaigns for Clarivate Brand IP Solutions. This role will drive and accelerate marketing-led growth and help to ensure that sales and revenue targets are met.
In this role you will collaborate with key stakeholders within marketing, sales, product and the wider business to develop demand generation campaigns spanning the marketing funnel, leveraging content and a multi-channel approach to maximize return on marketing investment. The Demand Marketing Manager measures campaign performance throughout the lifecycle, continuously optimizing through testing and a data-based, iterative approach. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in B2B digital demand marketing or similar positions.
- Previous experience managing full life cycle of marketing campaigns.
- Analytical and quantitative skills.
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Prior experience developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive lead generation and pipeline contribution.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Lead development and execution of global demand creation and lead generation marketing for Clarivate solutions through integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
- Developing short-term and long-term demand strategy plans.
- Collaborate with product and industry marketing teams to identify target personas, take value propositions to market and maximize engagement.
- Work with global field marketing teams on local application of global campaigns, understand local demand requirements, and support lead follow-up discipline with Sales teams.
- Leverage appropriate marketing channels needed to achieve marketing reach and effectiveness; grow use of new channels to expand overall reach.
- Utilize data and results across all levels of the marketing and sales funnel, analyse performance of campaigns, monitor progress toward goals and modify approach as needed.
About the Team:
This role will report to the Director, Demand Marketing within the IP Segment at Clarivate working as part of a team of 4 Demand Marketers as well as collaborating with the wider marketing teams within the Intellectual Property segment.
Hours of Work:
This is a full-time 1 year fixed-term contract position based in London, UK and will require hybrid working in our London office (2-3 days per week in office, rest of week remote). This position requires weekday (Monday - Friday) attendance with some scheduling flexibility available around core working hours.
