Accuria is a dynamic fintech data company specialising in B2B financial solutions, delivering cutting-edge online Platform to empower banks and investors in managing their credit decisions with technology and data. We are currently covering 28 countries, in Europe, US, Mexico and Brazil but we are planning further geographical expansion. Our goal is to continue to expand Platform‘s functionality, and to simplify complex financial workflows on the Platform, providing an intuitive and seamless experience for our users.
We are seeking a motivated and creative UX/UI Designer at the start of their career to join our team. As a Search UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in enhancing our Platform and website, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimised for seamless search experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to identify user pain points and improve search-related UX/UI on our Platform and website.
- Conduct user research, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to understand B2B customer behaviour and expectations.
- Design and prototype intuitive user interfaces with a strong focus on improving navigation, filtering, and search functionalities.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for desktop and potentially mobile experiences.
- Analyse data and feedback to iterate and refine designs to meet user needs.
- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and design standards while maintaining accessibility and responsiveness.
- Contribute to platform enhancements, including improving dashboards, workflow tools, and data visualizations for B2B users.
Qualifications
- A degree or equivalent experience in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience with Figma, including the ability to enhance and expand the existing design system and Figma pages for Accuria.
- A portfolio showcasing web and platform design work, preferably with examples of search or navigation-related projects.
- Knowledge of basic front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, ReactJS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and accessibility standards.
- Analytical mindset with a keen interest in understanding and improving user behaviour.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
